The City Culture and Urbanization of Kaohsiung, Taiwan

As an Asian studies student, I was interested in the preservation and study of Asian culture, and interested in working on this project to study onsite urbanization and the industrial development of Asian metropolitan cities. For this experience, I planned on visiting a developed city in East Asia to study their rapid urbanization and to analyse their modern urban city landscape. The city and country I have chosen is Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
